Today, 23/1 at 3pm, a group of concerned citizens are going to hand in a memo to the IGP
with regards to
22years Kugan a/l Ananthan dead in coustody: Balai Polis Subang Jaya
in Bukit Aman Police Station.
His mum and YB Manikavasagam will be there.
