Rest in peace

I'm saddened by the news of Syukree's passing.

:(

Last Sunday was the first time I talked to him in the PJ Candlelight Vigil. I'd decided to walk around that night. Then I came across Syukree.

He was having a mask on. The mask shown that the mouth was sew on with stitches. I asked him, why this mask? I can't remember his exact words but he meant something along these lines. He said it is because Malaysians are being repressed, we're not allowed to express or say what we want. ISA is one of such laws.

When we were leaving that night, his rode passed by my friends and I and honked us, we bid each other goodbye with "See you next Sunday."
