No check for fingerprints on his body, or clothes were done????? How ridiculous!
Is this sheer incompetency or in-your-face way of cover-up?

And yet he assume that Teoh jumped all by himself.
He might even assume that Teoh gave away his wrist watch before making the jump.
by the way , where is the watch?
